• Training: Every Tuesday evening, you can participate in our training sessions, ranging from ergo and circuit training to rowing on the water. There's also always the opportunity to row in groups on weekends.
• Monthly Dinner Night: On the first Tuesday of the month, we have dinner together at the Amstel.
• Activities: Besides rowing, we organise various social activities such as summer drinks and sailing. We also participate in club activities such as pub quizzes and evening tours through the canals of Amsterdam.

Whether you’re an experienced rower or have never rowed before: if you're between the ages of 20 and 35, you're welcome at JongAmstel. We ensure that you can row with teammates of your age and with a similar level and ambition. 

From learning and improving your rowing technique to participating in tours and actively competing in rowing; the possibilities are endless.
